Application Fee: $175.00
Renewal Fee: $175.00 + $16 CE fee
Renewal: 24 units/hours of Continuing Education (CE) every 2 years
Examination Administered by: American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP)
Experience Requirement: Baccalaureate with required courses plus one year of cytotechnology training or five years' of experience.
Average Time to Process Application: 150 days
Special License Requirements: N/A
Comments: Diagnostic services as defined by law in clinical laboratories.
