Fingerprint processing: $49
License: $525 effective 1/1/15
Experience Requirement: Education: must be graduated from a Board-approved or CODA accredited Dental School.
Average Time to Process Application: 2-3 weeks.
Renewal Period: Biennially (every second year).
Comments: WREB clinical examination and completion of a General Practice Residency or Advanced Education in General Dentistry program accredited by CODA recognized for licensure.
